I wasn't really dreaming of a white Easter......it's a gyoers nightmare. Just seen the forecast for the week ahead.......more snow next weekend a distinct possibility........then floods no doubt!

You lot have been getting a lot of snow over there this year, we're lucky enough that we missed most of it this year.

According to some we should expect it at this time of year dontcha know..........

Asked my Dad earlier if he can remember the weather being so sh!te at this time of year and nope he can't. He said he can remeber it snowing at Easter once but it was gone the next day......

I suppose we shouldn't be too surprised if we have snow for Easter. It is early this year.
Having said that, I can't remember ever having a white Easter and I have been round a good 60 years.

Good Friday and we have bright sunshine and it's freezing cold, but no sign of snow.

Warm in the sunshine here- but a flippin nippy breeze!

Had a flurry lasting 10 mins yesterday- but no chance for us now for a white Easter!

I suppose I'll just have to make an effort and try and enjoy the sunshine then eh??

Yes, we get do get the odd bit of snow in late March, usually gone the next day, but we've not had such a long cold spell since March 1962

and I don't like the way the long range forecasts say it will carry on through April

statistically the UK has more chance of snow in March than December ... I am sick of being cold & indoors though

It stopped as soon as it started! Just hope it's not in hiding waiting to surprise us in the morning.
