My Starter Motor packed up this morning, and I had to wait for an hour to get rescued. In the cold. Luckily a new one is only about £60, but it meant inconveniencing my Dad, on his Birthday, just as he was about to go out for lunch.
Husband has just phoned to tell me he hasn't picked up a new Starter Motor for me, as his Landy has just blown either a Half-shaft or a Diff.

I put it down to putting by knickers on inside out, this morning! I had too many layers on by the time I noticed, and didn't change them!! Bummocks!

How long have you got? I have a super volvo v70 but have had a succession of problems, some minor but all annoying. Latest is slipping clutch which will be mega bucks to repair. Biggest issue is getting the free time to get it off the road for repairs.Originally posted by julesapple View Post
