They come in from the fields behind the house. I've seen men with dogs after them but you know how soft I am about animals. Don't think I could let them be killed here
Maybe when I get rid of some of their hiding places they'll go back to the fields.

I wonder if the people who got rid of Hugh Furry Whatsit's mice could get rid of the rabbits for you?

VC - Our allotment was infested with them but I had no trouble last year after covering the whole of the kid's plot with environmesh under which were lettuce, carrots, sweetcorn,carrots leeks and cabbage.
The evening we took over the plot my son in law caught one and the following day when we were exploring the site he caught another - grandkids were with us so he had to release them

The Management Committee arranged for someone with a ferret late last year and I have only seen one since but I will still be protecting whatever I grow as they breed like ... well rabbits
