Subscription question.

First week of last month I decided to subscribe to Grow your own (I have been buying it from local supermarket before). I called and they confirmed that I would not receive May edition (the one that comes out in April) but I would start getting it as of May / Junes magazine.

I have not yet received it and I’m getting a bit worried, the latest book is already out in my local supermarket and I could have got it quicker from there.

I thought the purpose of subscribing is that you get it to your door and before it gets to the shops. Has everyone else got there latest copy and my subscription has been messed up.

I did call them on Friday and they said I should get it over the weekend but still nothing today.

Hi Silverfox. Haven't subscribed myself so don't know I'm afraid, but wondered if you could tell me the name of your local supermarket where you buy it, as I have not ever bought a copy. Never seen one anywhere!

just in sainsburys, but also local newsagents have it

Silverfox my copy arrived last week. Yours has obviously been sent by what the subscriptions department told you. The bank holiday could have delayed the post but I would phone the subscriptions department again tomorrow if it doesn't arrive.

Thanks LJ. I have now just called them and they did not even have my details. They explained that alot of the web orders are taking payment but not providing them with the information to set up a subscription!
Should have bought it in Sainsburys last Friday when I see it cause I will not get anything now until June!

Unfortunately subscriptions are not dealt with by Grow Your Own it is a different company but the problem with web orders should have been sorted out by now.
