The GYO banner right at the top of the page... It's still the old one when I'm on Chrome with AdBlock running, but the new one with bolder type face and a typo when on my phone browser.

I got the new one running Chrome with AdBlock.

Not on Chorme with BAdlock for me - so I turned off Badblock in case it made a difference. Nope but how did they know I need some beauty products
Typos can be fun - unless you're out to impress

I emailed a company a short while back, pointing out a spelling mistake. I was in one of those moods, and they are a big company, so, well, you know me! I said it wasn't my job to do their proof-reading, but thought they should know.

The following day, I received a great reply, saying they did their own website 'in-house' and he'd asked round the office, but it didn't appear to be anyone there's job, either! So I emailed back thanking him for making me laugh!

Sea....hadnt lost it.....spotted the change.....seahorse is right...poor typo. It's an art you know......saying that I didn't even spot the typos.......

Since I went looking for this new logo, I'm stuck with it Its a bit forceful especially when you have 2 GYO logos side by side.

It's shouting a bit louder from the shelves......buy me not kitchen garden or GW! That works.......but typography and typo errors are different....both aren't quite right as you and seahorse pointed out .....

It will rapidly become the norm and the old font will fade.

..........and on the subject of proofreading - the subscriber's offer is 28 plug plants but the beans are listed twice - so are there 4 types of plant on offer or 5

The new banner looks decidedly tabloid press to me - and if not that, its Red Cross blood and bone colours.
