      • Yeah take it easy and be , my step father had a triple bypass in Feb and he was in and out in a week and was told to take it easy - sounds a bit like you - cannot sit around - he was back in within a fortnight - so be warned

        • Peter and Paul, hope the hospital stays are both short, sweet and not too painful! Hurry back home to the vine, you will both be missed!

Shame about the egg news, but I had a feeling it was going to be a bit of a problem if it hatched!

Mr D is resting up well, he's ok in himself, just going to send him for a shower and redo his dressings, I'm sure he'll be back online again tomorrow!

Thanks all for the messages of support and for those helping to ensure he rests up!

LJ, if he doesnt behave, can I borrow the pea stick please!
          Blessings

Mrs D, thanks for that, I should be in and out tomorrow as it's the "are you fit enough to be operated on" and "here is how to avoid the free gift from us of MRSA leaflet" type appointment.
The actual operation is in June all being to schedule.

As for keeping Mr D under control I can lend you some padlocks and a four foot chain that I chain my machinery together with in the shed.

( Can't wheel a mower when its chained to two rotovators at different angles and no freeplay in the chain.)
Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.

                              • How big are the pots Dobby? If they are going to be heavy when full of compost (or whatever) you better leave well alone.
