It's funny how the brain works, they say that only 20% of communication is verbal and that was perfectly demonstrated to me the other day. A chap came in to work and asked me a question, I answered then he looked a bit puzzled. 'Sorry, I just said that in spanish, how did you know what I wanted?' I hadn't even noticed he wasn't speaking english as his gestures, body language and intonation made it so obvious what he wanted. Freaked me out a bit!
