Anyone who has to phone about SA tax do not phone the general helpline number unless you want to talk to a condescending/patronising robot
Finally got through a human bean to be told user id is correct .......no its not it doesn't work I said it tells me its not right.....so finally I get told I've got a different e-mail.....so why the piggin'ell didn't you tell me that when I first phoned two months ago .....now to wait for my password which now has to come by post because they can't change the e-mail address by phone even tho' I jumped thru hoops with security questions .....good job it's not January yet
