  • Cat growling through the french windows at something. I look and it's a fox sat right next to the window. He was a bit slow to go away too - didn't want to open the door as she'll go out after it and she's only little.

      • Walked all the way into town this morning with two of the grandchildren, bought all the bits and bobs requested by daughter, plus a few more.

Walked all the way home and realised I had forgotten the bloody lightbulbs for the kitchen light fitting

        • Standing up from sitting is very difficult with non-bendy knees, especially in a small space with a tiled floor, if you get my meaning.
Now have my old buddie bulging disk to deal with, too. Time for a body transplant?

          • People who don't care about their animals. They're your responsibility - don't just abandon them when they need mending. Heartless c*w.

If I won the Lotto, I'd take 'em all on, and become the mad animal lady.

              • People who "argue" by using the stuck record method and who then resort to having a hissy fit at all and sundry when people don't just keel over and agree with them. (Phew - been sitting on that one!)

                • Rant - anybody who feels the need to argue just because someone else doesn't agree with them. Everyone should be allowed their own opinion.

None of us are right all the time, in all circumstances..................
we shouldn't be making judgements about other people's decisions - we are only responsible for our own.

                        • The cold calling "beggar" (supposed charity collector) who called me a Nazi simply because I asked if his charity encouraged birth control as well as providing food.

                          It was only a question.

After his rant he most certainly didn't get a contribution.

                          • The clever fellow who thought up care in the comunity, closing the large mental hospitals and turfing vulnerable people onto the streets. I was eating my chips in a car park today and saw a guy rummaging through a bin opening up chip bags and scoffing the left overs. I had a pack of fish and chips I had bought for my wife so i gave them to him with some money and went and bought some more. Society treats our mentaly ill worse than we treat our pets, much worse in fact.

So agree with you, Bill, I used to work with teenagers with emotional problems, mental health problems, and the resources/ support agencies have all been cut, leaving the vulnerable, more vulnerable. Very sad.

                                Dorothy.

It seems to be patchy, some learning disability people have £150 disposable income a week, thats after all their expenses. Others seem to fall through the net like the chap I mentioned. Very sad at this time of the year too. We care for two men and they have the life of Rielly.
