Morning All......Bright & breezy out there, so much nicer than yesterday's miserable effort. Duvet went back on the bed last night - and the mozzy net was taken down and put away 'til next time.
I must make the commissioned cushion in clashing colours today. I'm going into town tomorrow, so it seems sensible; two birds and all that. Eight letters in the name....that'll be a squeeze! I'd like to try and make six more felt ogees and make them into a snowflake - not sure if'n the felt will be too heavy. I guess, if it is, I'll just have a half a dozen pretty decorations instead of one!
Hugs to BM - we know how miserable a bad back is here. BH's is permanent. It's not fun
Well, it chucked it down the whole drive. Was better for this morning's early run but 3am is way too early to be on the road 'YAWN' - hope I manage to stay awake all day!
good day peeps, sorry about the back BM,and giving up your lottie,we had better still see you on here, life is no picnic, havn't been our lottie for a couple of days,so going to have look see shortly,am sure the inside will want a drink, and produce to pick,

One minute the sun's shining the next its chucking it down. Luckily I saw it coming and brought the washing in as it started. Anyone to the east of me, get ready, its on its way
Better put the kettle on, neighbour has stopped strimming his slope, he's sure to seek shelter here
EDIT - Sun's out again and its beautiful. Neighbour declined coffee and just wanted to chat! They're off on a round Britain drive next week - through England, up to Scotland, then by ferry to Ireland, drive down through Ireland and a ferry back to Pembroke Dock - Main aim is to visit the Giant's Causeway!! Wonder if they'll bring me back a stick of rock
The Giant's Causeway one of Ireland's greatest attractions was free to visit until the National Trust took it over now there is the inevitable overpriced visitors fee If not members there is a saving to be had by pre booking & there is another for everyone that arrives by foot, cycle or public transport, see ... Prices - National Trust

Thanks BB. I believe they're NT members. If not, you can bet he will have found out the cheapest option I'm surprised they're not travelling up to North Wales using their free bus pass
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! Blustery and cold here today, with a few heavy showers thrown in for good measure. I dropped my Folks' dog back off to them this morning, and left my two there too, and went back to help in the garden this afternoon. So, the dogs have actually spent a whole 24 hours together! The rotters had me up just after four this morning bundled up the garden wanting to play, they did! They can get that habit out of their heads before they start.
Coffee?

Went to the plot yesterday and discover someone has removed all the grass from outside my gate(Another plot neighbour did this for me)
Started to clear the path down the side of the beds and at the end I discovered a compost bin and an apple tree. I can now get to the pond.
Another plot...
