Any dregs left, BB? Could do with a stiff drink. Just having a breakfast cuppa. The best cuppa I've ever had; chai, chocolate and baileys. Beautiful.

Helleau Dahlings.......awfully warm out there. Loving this Summer!
Fabrics chosen and purchased for the next cushion commission. MinL pleased with extra fabric sales - so much so that she's volunteered to give me some of the new fabrics due in at the end of the month - pure new wools, be still my beating heart - to make more cushions!! Now there's a turn up for the books - I can do something that my MinL approves of.....after thirty + years

Afternoon All. Back is aching, been standing making bread and then peeled, cored and stewed about 20 lbs of apples. Only room for one container in freezer, so have jarred the rest - hope that works. Loads of tomatoes for passatta tomorrow. It's less work being at work. My MIL approves of everything I do Jules - it can be quite overwhelming sometimesGranny on the Game in Sheffield

We've had some rain - laundry is now in the dryer. Came on very suddenly and really heaved it down. Still looks stormy and black out - the sun is shining so probably a lovely rainbow over the Levels.
Right...back to the sewing machine!
PS Found the rainbow - it was behind the big pear tree.Last edited by julesapple; 07-09-2013, 07:43 PM.Jules

(((((((((((Hugs))))))))))) for little Hobbitses xxx You'll be fine, I know you will.
No rain here yet Bren, but some threatening looking clouds even though the sun's still shining. Better get the washing in. It's dry and it is the second lot, so a good drying day. I haven't baked the bread yet, but I have the feeling that it's going to be a brickGranny on the Game in Sheffield

Eeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! Short visit, as I'm waiting for sommat to finish on the 'Bay. Haven't bid yet, but wanna have a go at beating the snipers.
Hope you've had a fab day - me an' Mr.G wandered around the Landy Show all day, and I mean all day. We ate and we drank, and we walked and walked and walked... If my legs don't work tomorrow, I'll know why! I drove, an hour and a half each way, as we went in my car, and he works too hard anyway, so I felt I should (and he chauffeured me to and fro yesterday). Then I collected the Dogs and he cooked us a fab dinner. What a lovely day!
Just need to go visit that auction site...Last edited by Glutton4...; 07-09-2013, 09:08 PM.All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment
