Eeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps - another bleugh day here today, though not as wet as yesterday, thankfully. A tad chilly now, so I've closed all the windows that've been open since the start of July. I'm going to resist even thinking about putting those ruddy storage rads on until I really have to. May just get on the XTrainer instead!
Coffee?
G4 I find that 15 mins on the rebounder really warms me up now if i could get Mr Pots to play on it think how much we'd save n the heating
I used to have one of those, Bren - no idea where it went. Mr.G has a treadmill (I've always wanted one, he said, so I bought him one) - does he use it...?

Remember my exercise bike? It travelled to 5 different houses, but sat in the corner of all of them. I think it was only ridden for about half an hour in each! Heating is on here, Himself has a thyroid condition too. Thanks for the bread recipe Bren, I'll be trying it at the weekend. Did you really mean a tablespoonful of salt? Just seems a lot? Right, off to e-mail the Report to the Prof, back in a bit

Flo the recipe is from my old Kenwood chef book and like you say a tablespoon seems a lot so thats why I wrote less than me I put in more like 10ml.

(Early) morning all. This is the first morning this autumn that I have got up and the street lights are still on and it's not THAT early. Makes me feel that summer really is over now.
Still in my jam and chutney frenzy - greengage jam tonight. And labelling. I hate labelling. Have a good day all. We are still trailing Y7 around at work, I don't have my proper timetable yet. Monday hopefully.

My plants came on Saturday and the £5 voucher and, like you, I haven't a clue what they are. There are some with small white flowers - a bit like alyssum - and some that look as if they will trail and others are upright clumps. I like surprises
Good Morning All. It was still dark when I got up too and a bit chilly and grey. There's a bit of blue sky showing through though, so it might get better. Enjoy your day
