I've got the lurgy too Sore throat, earache and sneezing.
Try the Beechams All in One. It does work for a lot of the lurgy. I just feel totally exhausted though and I'm afraid it can't do much for that
Went into MinL's shop to drop off two cushions - and picked up a commission for four more. Queue now stands at 11 cushions and more Ch******s stuff for the shop......so I hope this boog boogers off pdq.
Just having a coffee and then I might have a fly nap.......

Wish my knitting commissions had been that good - I wouldn't have needed to work a 9-5! Hope your lurgy toddles off quickly.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeevenin' Peeps! Funny ole day today. Started out very stressful (vehicle Insurance companies, as you know, are one of my biggest bugs). Continued without much fuss, if a little later than planned. Ending rather better, so far. Met a potentially very useful contact!
Coffee?

Evening All. It went dark while I was watering the tomatoes . That may be the last time I do them. Must strip the leaves tomorrow. The sunshine promised soon went this morning and it was dull but warm all day. Had an e-mail from River Cottage today about Saturnalia. It's too early for that surely!
Evening All....Pretty sunset out there just now. Apparently it was blue for a good few hours but I missed it, off napping.
Soup for supper - I wish I could figure out why it's always sweet Celeriac, leek, onions, a few carrots, celery, homemade chicken stock and seasoning is all that goes into it. The only time it wasn't sweet was when I used ham stock made at Ch******s. Most vexing.
Shirl, I'm glad the cushions have taken off, but was cross to learn that the one left in the shop for demo purposes now resides with the BH's sister - she hasn't paid for it, I have. I now need to pay out for more of MinL's fabric (and a feather cushion pad) to make another to keep the commissions coming. But I could walk into the shop and I find that one disappeared too......
Anyhoo....soup.
