Well its well and truly all change up this neck of the woods.

As half an hour ago its persisting it down accompanied by thunder and lighting. Just hope it won't knock all those wonderful flowers of me runners.

Yep started watering at 8-30 tonight finished just before the downpour.

Still at least my water butts overflowing.

Wowsers...went to the community garden to turn a ton of compost and water the poly and got in and whammo - 2 minutes later the heavens opened and down it came. Amazing. I got drenched standing outside watching the lightening...

We've had about 2 mins of big splotty rain here at about 10pm.

Welcome to my world For the last three weeks or so it has been in the mid to high thirties all day and then thundered like mad in the evening. Sadly the rain has sometimes not fallen here, but you could hear it falling in the forest opposite, which was weird.

Had a couple of storms overnight - so quite a lot of rain, but not much sleep

It's horribly hot and humid today though - feels like more storms are on their way.

Had a thunderstorm that woke me about 5am. Watched a few flashes & went back to sleep
Everything looks perkier this morning and the air smells spicy. The temperature is only 19 - first time its been out of the 20s for weeks
