Evening SG & VC, isn't it great when you realise " I am not alone"
it's got to be said that I do fancy myself as a bit of a chef, but being new to this haven't had much chance to experiment with my own grown stuff as of yet, can't wait though.

Yeah it's like 'Ready Steady Cook' in my house. I bring in the veg and then we decide what to cook. I eat a lot of veggie Indian food so plenty of recipes to choose from.
Hey farmer farmer put away the D.D.T. Now give me spots on my apples but leave me the birds and the bees please!

I have to grow double what SWMBO wants, as 50% of what I grow doesn't reach the kitchen.

I'll dig some recipes out for you, or you could look at this website:- Manjula's Kitchen | Indian Vegetarian Recipes | Indian Cooking Videos | Vegan Recipes | Gluten Free Recipes for some very healthy veggie dishes.

Heh, I totally go nuts with my kitchen scissors editing the leaves here and there to take out the damaged bits. I cut as close as possible! I do get a little bit too annoyed over how much the predators have eaten of my veg though...

With regards to the recipes, having a rice cooker, loving ramen and able to cook Chinese/Japanese food means lots of tasty bowls of stuff for me!

Well I have just lost my Cucumbers, Gherkins, Courgettes and Squash to what I believe is Cucumber Beetle. I was really annoyed about this, but I have decided that this is a lesson learnt and to stop crying about it. No one said it was easy
