          yup he's the guy who set up the buffer between the lottie sites and the council therefore the council can't charge ridiculous rents cos they don't actually employ anyone to collect rents.

            We have some lovely allotments sites in Coventry, my favourite being the one that runs alongside the canal at the back of Eden Street.
            Hey farmer farmer put away the D.D.T. Now give me spots on my apples but leave me the birds and the bees please!
