Thanks Rusty Noticed last night that it was huge and bright - tonight there's a cloud shaped like a dinosaur plodding across his face. Its ambled off now but I forgot to make a wish!! Maybe later

We were up at 'The Spot' last night - the moon was large and gorgeous and looked a lilac shade - it was orangey not long back - nothing to do with a Blue Moon, I know. It was very clear, you could see everything on it.
We're on the wrong coast for sea reflections, but we do get sunset reflections instead.Last edited by julesapple; 21-08-2013, 10:47 AM.Jules

I thought a "Blue Moon" was the second full moon in a calendar month.
