hi just thought it would be a good idea to start a tread up of recipes using their produce.
i have had loads of courgettes this year and wanted to make something that i could use and freeze so i could enjoy at a later date.
so i made courgette and Stilton soup and boy was that delicious.
does any one else have any recipes to share with us.

thank you for pointing that section out, i didn't know this website had one, this forum has thought of everything some great recipes on there, i think i will be trying some of them out this week.
