Went to physio this morning to see what we can do about my long standing running injury... Started with "dry needling" which is basically getting needles stuck in to the muscles.. I don't mind needles, just hope they do some good...
Sounds grim, Trip - but hope it helps you to get back in your running shoes.
Edit ...... but not as grim as your day, G4 - sorry, I didn't read to the end of the thread before posting.
Sad news G4. Always a worry with our favourite animals.
Pic of a zonked Rosie after this evening's dog training. Needless to say she has now woken up and is eating broccoli stalks for some strange reason.
My dogs love broccoli stalks - maybe they whispered to Rosie about it, when they met
She looks quite adult now - I'm so pleased that she is doing so well
Our Collie Jess used to eat everything except for orange peel and uncooked prawns. Found out about the prawn after one dropped on the floor she soon spat it out but didn't turn her nose up after it had been cooked in a curry.

Domino cat eats most things he can get his paws on too. Prawns especially (curried or not) - although he hasn't had the chance to try a raw one. Must give him a go on orange peel, just to satisfy my curiosity on the subject.
Morning Sleepyheads ............its the weekend
More rain overnight and more on the way, from the look of the sky. Hope the weather is better for you!
A trip to the vets this morning - just a checkup for Mary's eyes - then, who knows what I'll do
Have a good day
Morning, the ground white over here with frost it does look pretty
Hazel it was funny watching Jess with the prawn after it dropped out of the pan she tried a few time to eat it I don't think she wanted to give up. So after our meal I saved her a cooked one just to see. and she loved it. She also liked kebab meat out of the gutter if you weren't quick enough to pull her away, so for her 18th birthday we bought her one from the takeaway.
Morning all. Dry and sunny here this morning, after torrential rain yesterday afternoon and evening. Think the ground will be too wet to do any gardening today
lowest temp last night was 5 deg C but it felt colder, had to filll my hot water bottle bear (BooBoo) last night. This morning the sky is blue but I dont think it will last. We need a bit of dry weather here everything is going mouldy in my green house.
