Same as usual, I think......late Spring. Again.

Now, that is interesting......it might be in a book I've got about the origin of phrases and sayings. I didn't think of that.

Anyhoo, errands run, Cripple exercised and back in his chair, charity shops raided (excellent vintage button bargains - hurrah!) coffee brewed.

I must go and sew meeces when I'm done with coffee and a lovely pair of round, pink, shiny buns......

^^ Oh do shut up! It's twenty to four here, and grey and windy and damp and dismal. Now I have to go back out in it and do Horsey chores, whilst trying to summon up the enthusiasm for Pilates later. At least I got some of the grass cut, even if it was without the collector. Makes dog-poo clearing much easier.

Haven't got a scooby what the temperature is here, but it's been damp and dull all day. A few glimpses of hazy sunshine but they didn't last long.

Spent a good bit of the day shredding redundant paperwork - lord I hang onto some crap

Nothing done out doors today cos of the rain and wind instead I've been baby knitting also I've found out its twins so i'll be needing to knit a second cardie. Good thing I'm into knitting just now

Still sixteen degrees when I went out to do the Horses, and not cold now. Dragged the laundry in off the line though, as it's as dry as it's likely to get out there.

Yes well here on the English Riviera Torquay it's 10 to seven and the suns out, I am sipping my Gin and tonic in sweltering 22 degree heat, when will it ever end.

That's fine Rusty, Hubby's just handed me a G&T. Naughtily, I've just sent a text to my 'lift' to say I'm not bothered if she doesn't pick me up for Pilates this evening...
