Happy Friday Grapeworld Its so dark I'm haven't the foggiest what the weather is like - but its not foggy
I'll let the weather decide what I do today - its one less thing to think about.
Hope you're all well and happy - have a good day
Me and Flo are sharing the same weather again so 'its' decided its a good day to stay indoors and play in my craft room.
We had the heavy rain overnight, from about 11pm. Its dry now but the clouds are whizzing across from the west, goodness knows what they're bringing with them It may be a day for odds and endings
Well I'm ready to go, clothes packed, food packed, wellies packed, ghost outfit packed, breakfast eaten, now where is husband? Just doing a couple of emails, before getting packed and organised!

Have a good time with your grandson Dorothy and don't go scaring him to much with that costume.
Managed to hobble around the supermarket this morning - no cereal, no toothpaste, no flour. Rubbish. Not had toothpaste in stock for a month and we are now using the stuff left behind by some guests!! But we've now got 2kg of avocados (from Spain) at a bargain price. Recipe ideas?
It is still very warm down here with no sign of snow yet. Garden is full of butterflies and bees and the bedroom full of mosquitos. 28 degrees yesterday. Madness.
Mind you, haven't managed to leave yet! Sitting in car, alarm set, water board turn up, please can we turn on our water, they are checking something!
Now sat nav, being set .................
one halloween I put on a horror type mask and crept into my childrens bedroom (they loved to be scared) I crawled to the bedside and stood up, my four year old son punched me right in my fiddly bits.

You'd take it for granted that a store would stock the basics not good at all is it especially after the struggle to get there
some good avocado recipes here but none for toothpaste :-

Best of luck G4 - not sure whether to hope it passes Mot and you're broke forever, or that it doesn't pass so you can still afford a G&T now n then!
VC out chatting and laughing with parrots!
I'm cream crackered. Been moving rooms here. Trying to get daughter and her huuuuge amount of 'stuff'into another room. The boy has had the big room since his bro moved out and he volunteered to swap with her. Nice, but so much work. He and I were going as well as we could when she rang and said the school jacket was due to be ordered today! Then son said there was some note about a Yr 10 Dinner while I was away............so I shopped for the w/e while I was in fixing that.
Have 3 extra 16 yo girls here tonight, daughter turns 16 on sunday. Yes they can giggle. Nice listening tho, one is playing the guitar and everyone chatting. There's 6 or more of them tomorrow night. And then about 18 or so for a BBQ at a park on sunday....I'll go back to work for a rest next week!
Boys installed a catflap yesterday and the cat is giving it a workout. Goes out the window and back in the catflap :/
Some days it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints!

Wow, Lottie, that cover sounds great - in all ways Does that mean you'll build your tunnel to fit the cover?
