This morning I am playing hunt the snail - Rosie brought one in from the garden last night and it has been doing laps of the living room overnight by the looks of it.
Then it is back to the park for the morning walk and to see who can get wetter.

We have 10 French peeps coming for lunch- the house is a tip, a gite change over day... and I had 4 hrs sleep last night.

I've been scrutinising the weather forecasts, as I'm sure we all have in the face of those dire warnings, and the highest winds we are predicted here in Sutton Coldfield are just over 20mph, so for us at least (and presumably those further north) it looks like it will be breezy, and not apocalyptic.
