Aaaaaaaaaaarternoooooooon Peeps! Welcome back WizzBang - glad you've made it back! 'Grats on the sproglette.

Warm, innit? Mr.G and his dad are outside swapping 'stuff' from the old motor to the new one. I'm on kettle duty. Well, until my folks turn up then I have to run them to the airport, as they're off to visit my Sister for a week.

It's like a ruddy mad house here...

Tea break time. I'm clearing the tomato plants away. Quite warm here especially in the greenhouse when the sun peeps through.
Congrats on new grand daughter Wizzbang. Reminds me must finish the baby jacket I'm knitting or the mum to be will be on leave and I won't see her.

                    • Airport run completed - one car gained. Old one and new one on the drive, Mr.G's Dad's and mine on the verge, and my Dad's in the road. Tight ole bleep hasn't even left me enough fuel in it to make use of it for the week...

Lunch provided and waitress serviced out to the 'workers' and copious amounts of tea made and taken out, too. I know my place.

Now, have I got time to check the emails I was going to check two hours ago?

                      Anyone for a Coffee - I'm gasping!

Hope you've all been behaving yourselves in my absence
Had a bit of a scare this morning when one of the deaf dogs went missing from home - not much point calling her name! Eventually found her in the middle of a crowd of people - she'd been seen wandering along the railway line Lady took her by car around the village trying to find out if anyone recognised her then returned her to the shop - as they know everything!! New name tag needed asap! Hole under gate has been blocked now
                        I'm still recovering!

                            • I posted a few days ago about Asda curry sauce - 16p a jar - excellent jam jars. After having picked a bucket of damsons at the plot I thought I better get some more jars for jam. It is now 23p a jar - that's nearly a 50% price hike! Clearly many people are buying this product for the jars .... Asda think that they can put up the price. It can't be just thee and me GreenfingerPaula
