I hate the short days, but do actually like the changes in the seasons. I'd like kitchen cupboards that could be raised or lowered so that all shelves were accessible without having to crouch or find a ladder. Do you think that have summat like that?Comment

Like on a roller system, pull the cupboard up or down, get what you want, then push it back up or down.............

Yes - that's the idea. And sliding cupboards, like the ones you find in large filing rooms, where the racks move on tracks from side to side, and make just enough one room to stand between them - but you have to keep singing in case someone slides the racks whilst you're in there. Been there, done it, been squashed
