Evening All - I'm back up the steps again, having negotiated neighbour's scaffolding in the dark without bumping my head (don't ask )
Buster the parrot was on good form - he laughs when I do - so I laugh at him - and so on ad nauseum
Been hearing about the annual pets' service in the church, a chorus of miaows and woofs, dogs chasing each other around the aisles, Jasper having a long pee on the end of the pew and the little girl brought her snake along again. The girl from the next village didn't ride her horse down this year though!!
I've been trying to persuade the parrot's owner that she should take him along next year - as an ex-pub parrot he has a very wide repertoire - mostly of a S*d off nature

Good moaning! Its a 3d day here - dark, damp and dismal.
I have to ask you BM, what's a Hillday? Does it mean you're climbing a hill, over the hill or rushing down the other side - or is it some religious festival?
However, your filtering suggestion is a really good one. We may have to make K***hen a banned word

OMG!

Just driving to work - other side of motorway - 3 car pile up, and the largest fire I've ever seen in my life. The heat from the fire has left my face feeling burt, from the other side of the motorway THROUGH my window! Cannot believe it. I hope no one died - couldn't see anything/one in the cars (not that I was looking) as the flames were so large - people just driving around it - insane!

Few people were out of the cars, I'm guessing the passengers from the other cars.. few miles down the road I saw a load of police and fire engines on route.

Just in total shock!

Oh No, Chris. Hope everyone has survived. I hate seeing accidents, especially on the motorway that I'm soon going to be driving along.
Whereabouts is it - so I can find another route. Take it easy yourself too, it can be a real shock.

By Eck.....I often wonder how some folk get through a day........I've booked some removals for 23rd Dec...........they've only turned up today.............now that's what I call efficient.......

Just after Junction 42 - eastbound.. on the way "down" from the bridge if that makes sense.

Normally I'm quite thick skinned and stuff like this wouldn't shock me - but I just cannot believe how hot that fire was.. They'll be surface damage, so I wouldn't be surprised if the the outside lane was closed for a day or so whilst they repair.

I'll be going heads of the valley way back home I think.

M4 is closed Chris - diversions on A48. Think I'm going up country to Llandeilo and back the pretty way - avoid the M4 completely.
