Celeriac? Never grown it, but I have eaten it. I can't abide Celery and Celeriac reminds me of it, so no, I'm not going to try again. Having said that, I'd use it in soups or stews as a bulker...All the best - Glutton 4 Punishment

Love celeriac! My attempts - well, my BinL's attempts to grow it for me, were a dismal failure this year. What didn't get washed away in the rain was eaten by the slugs. Ah well.....maybe next year.

Evening all...I love celeriac...Can make lovely roasted chips from it...have some growing away in the garden....Another busy day today...I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
