Good morning all, a very pleasant calm 5C here this morning. It appears we have an early zapper this am as there were about 6 kit**hens to view & a pension plan about 2 mins ago...........anyways, must get some work done, have a good day.

Morning! Woke up at 5:30 and decided to put a load of washing on (as you do). Made the mistake of checking my phone and spotted all the k------- ads. Started reporting them but only managed about 4 before I needed to get back to bed. Of course I then couldn't get back to sleep.

Morning All.....grey and colourless here today.

The climbing rose disaster is now sorted, big prune done, clippings collected in the green bags and, hopefully, the bin men will be along soon to take it all away. Pruned out loads of dead wood, took back all of the runners and managed to save the trellis and get it reattached to the wall by myself! Lord, how I hate HATE ladders - specially ones that sink into the garden as you climb! The cats are pretty cheesed - I've just removed their shortcut to our bedroom window. They'd made quite a path through it, rubbed off all the thorns too.

Morning, we had a bit of a frost here early on. I was out walking the dog at 6 and it was nice walking through a few crisp leaves. Roll on winter I say.
