Morning, I have taken up a new exercise regime, scientists at the university of Mbongo have discovered that virtual jogging has as many beneficial effects as real jogging. So now i sit on the edge of my bed and virtualy jog round Torquay. I met so many people this morning just as the sun was coming up along the sea front, greeted every one with a cheery wave and a smile. Now I am virtualy nackered so I will eat my half pound of butter and go back to bed.

Am surprised you actually bother to sit on the edge of the bed! Be much warmer, to stay under the duvet, put your ear phones. in, play some bird song music, and have a squirt of some suitable smelling air freshener!

Bladdy freezing here. Been allotment, and in spite of keepin my jacket and gloves on got very very chilly. Still the asparagus bed is looking tidy now, last of the bean canes stored in the shed, and a few more weeds disposed of in the Dalek.

My Dad's just been round for a cuppa told me not to worry about putting him in a home when his parkinsons gets bad
