      I've just sliced a load in the processor along with peppers .....dunno why I've never thought of doing it before

        I've chopped superhot chillies and gone for a wee/good scratch many a time, after a while you get used to it and it's less of "OH MY GOD IT BURNS" and more of an annoying warm tingle.

            hmph........just made my chilli pepper jelly. Now I've either got used to it or the chillies are not as hot this year.......no burn more like a warm tingle

              I regularly get chilli on my contact lenses. It's a bit painful, but my vision's crystal clear for about an hour after.
