      They should put the clocks back plus delete one of the hours during the afternoon, say 1-2 pm. Brighter in the morning, brighter in the evening and less work to be done after lunch. Easy.

          Why not delete one of the hours of darkness - like 2-3am. Then we'd have more daylight in the day and the insomniacs who wake about 2 could sleep right through

            That's the reasoning they used in the Arctic VC ,then they got a bit carried away in successive years ,so much so that now they have a 24hr daytime & a 24hr nighttime at least once a year
