I say this because my oak trees are still covered in green leaves.

My colleague currently sitting here drinking tea,was this very morn traveling past that very tree & witnessed the start of the running event in this years Squirrel Olympics

It was fenced off creating a warmer microclimate beneath the tree

Well there was a fence around the field but not the tree, the tree was approximately 60 metres from any other object besides the grass of course.
