just then Shen awoke from his nightmare in a cold sweat with himself and Dotty having run so fast to escape Mad Cathy that they had both had lost a little weight ....

"Come back", said Cathy, putting down her knife, "I was only going to ask you if you wanted a sandwich from kitchen"...."I am so mis-understood, why is everyone afraid of me?" and with that she started to cry.................
First a trickle, then more and more, until there was a steady flow...."Careful you don't let that pint spill over" said Trip to the barmaid, "and why is Cathy crying again?"

Sorry Cathy - it was Jules who started it off and poor Dotty got caught up in it - Jules probably thought it was funny...we were just clowning about... although it was really that VC's fault turning us both into Nutters....
..........and now it was VC's turn to shed a few tears, because, once again she was having to take the blame.....................so she turned to Shen and gave him a double Chinese burn on his arm that made him squeal and reach for his red spotted hanky to wipe..................
...the Peking duck and flied lice off his arm surprised and hurt that VC could have reacted in such a fashion but restraining himself from indulging in the crying game as ...........
