neither are 14 of my 82 colleagues at the school. Thats how many Skoda cars are in the car park.....

I've had one for 5 years - the 1.4 Diesel. Takes me up and down the motorway without complaint and carries dogs, furniture and manure. Has averaged 57mpg since new. No complaints and I've been very happy with it - I'm not worried about "image"

I remember the jokes about Skoda cars about twenty years ago. Here are a couple of them - I might remember others later.

FB - I have a Ford Focus because of the space for the grandkids and good sized boot for all the allotment stuff - before that I inherited my brother's Skoda when he changed to a Citroen and I have to say it served me well for 6 years without any major expense - like VC image doesn't bother me at all
