Well done you (although it is a pity that you as the innocent party is the one who's had to leave). You'll be sorely missed I'm sure. You can go forward now and get back to happiness and job satisfaction. I do know what "wagging it" is, but I've never done it and I'm sure the feeling will pass for you soon. Be happy

Well, you get a big ((HUG)) from me. Give the Dog a big cuddle, and join us for a cuppa, kettle's hot, but I'm afraid all the cake has gone.

I hope you told them all what you thought, before you left, and hopefully the stoopid c*w will now hang herself by her own ineptitude, and everyone will wonder how you ever managed to find the time to do your job and hers. I hope you find something else suitable, without having to wait too long, and enjoy your freedom while it lasts.

            Ancee,

I bet you feel like a weight has been lifted from your shoulders, well done. Have a few days to relax and enjoy the feeling, before you start looking for something else, something much better and nicer will turn up for you.

If there is no contract of employment, there should be. (By Law)

So without one, there is no way - apart from gross misbehaviour on your part - that they can discipline you without an open and shut case.

Keep a diary of times , dates and who said what to whom.

If you don't leave , then it is likely if things are so bad they will manufacture an excuse to get rid of you.

Brave decision. I hope you went in true Bridget Jones style, even if only in your mind! Hope you find something where you will be more valued.

I do feel like a weight has been lifted. I didn't sleep last night as I was worrying that some of the people I had been dealing with who wouldn't get their orders on time so I texted one of the girls and told her what to do to sort out their orders this morning. But that's it now, I can draw a line under it. Oh, I also got an email off the woman who started it all, saying how sorry she was to see me go etc!
You may say I'm a dreamer... But I'm not the only one...

I'm an official nutter - an official 'cropper' of a nutter! I am sooooo pleased to be a cropper! Hurrah!

Good for you! Your own wellbeing and sanity have to come first, I have done the same at my doctor so know how it can feel.

Now get the kettle on lass. Coffee for me please. Or is it wine time?
When weeding, the best way to make sure you are removing a weed and not a valuable plant is to pull on it.
If it comes out of the ground easily, it is a valuable plant.

Well done Ancee! Might seem scary but sometimes you just have to get out of a situation if it's getting you down. Life's too short. Sounds like you made absolutely the right decision.
