Another beautiful morning here....Starting to harden off a lot of stuff now and have bravely left a selection of my chilli plants overnight in the greenhouse for the last 2 nights....
I dream of a better tomorrow, where chickens can cross the road and not be questioned about their motives....
That is brave...mine don't go out until may and even then they are covered overnight.
Off to the hospital this afternoon to visit my very poorly friend
Am keeping a very close eye on them and the predicted temps
Also due to my lack of restraint, I currently have 26 Sweet/Bell peppers and 30 Chilli plants................Most are still indoors, including a certain Hungarian name
Am feeling pleased - saved myself the plumber call out fee and fixed my own problem. Not a simple job either - don't think the plumber would have solved the problem - he probably would have insisted on a new tap and waste plug assembly instead of modifying a plastic ball bearing to fit the old pop up waste fitting. I can now use the bathroom basin with a plug in
Aaaaaaaaarternoooooon Peeps. We have sunny again, but not as warm. Spent the first half of the morning sourcing a local replacement 'smart' phone, as Hubby's had a dip in the dogs' water bowl t'other day, and has been 'iffy' ever since.
Coffee?
