Good Moaning all!
Another dry stonker due here today.
Going to try and transplant some lupins which have self seeded in my driveway- think I'm going to have to soak the roots/soil beneath to get them out with an intact root system...the ground is getting very dry and solid here.
* must sort out more mulch!!!!!

Oh dear a shocking start to the morning - opened the bathroom window to see next door's cat snatch the young blackbird who was perched on the fence, eyeing up the bird feeder nearby.
So I have relocated the bird feeder so the cat can't sit quite so near. The garden is all quiet apart from grieving blackbird shouts from time to time. I hope the birds get used to the new location quickly.
Morning another sunny hot day here its already 29c in my GH
Its always sad to see the baby birds taken we've moved our feeder next to a sapling tree grown in a tub it gives the birds a bit of cover and the branches are wispy so the cat can't get near them or that's how i hope its going to work out.
Morning All. Its another sooper sunny day with a warm breeze - feels like standing in front of a hairdryer and being blown dry all over Not that I'm wet anywhere
My heartfelt sympathies are extended to those of you who have to work today! With luck it will last 'til the weekend
Interesting to see when people write their posts.....beginning to see patterns, people who work in the day, insomniacs (me), night owls and larks, go-to-bed-earlies (me, if child care next day), days off (logging in through the day between trips to S'.......y's and other chores), what's your favourite time?
When it's Coffee time................erm, that'll be about 12 hours a day...........

I eat my breakfast and lunch sat at my desk so I have a read, then i use the phone app if I'm in the garden, but not when out and about because I'm on pay as you go. I was going to change to a contract when I bought Mr Pots friends 3gs but I only spend £1.40 to £1.60 a month so no point really.

First thing in the morning on weekdays, it's so peaceful and going home when my working day is finished. At the weekend I love any time of day!
Eeevening! Dog walk done, supper over, time to watch telly and join the vine. Dog can't decide if she is going to lie down beside me and nap, or chew my fingers for a change.
Oh dear she has decided to play tug of war with my trouser leg, now I have some darning to do
