Morning all
It's breezy here this morning but they've promised us another scorcher before rain tonight.
They aren't going to catch me out though, I'm going to be watering the usual stuff today. I haven't been down the allotment for two whole days so there will be a BIG bunch of sweet peas to pick!

Morning all! Ooh - cake at breakfast time? Better not, ta.
Warm with sunny spells here (I was going to say cloudy, but as I typed, the sun came out.
A day behind the desk for me - but it's our once a month lunch out with my colleague, so that'll be nice. And it's FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY so that's really nice!
Hope all's well - Jeanie and NS not on parade yet?

It has been so hot here, have had to go out and wave the hose around just to settle the dust! Now I will have muddy paw prints everywhere unless I take the dog out for a constitutional round the streets.
Never mind, dog training in an hourWhooops - now what are the dogs getting up to?

Evening, all. It has been raining here for a couple of hours too and as you say Flo it's that very WET rain. Hooray, hoorah, the allotment needed it. Hope it clears up for tomorrow and the Tour de France chappies, who are zooming though our sleepy little town around mid-day tomorrow.

In other news of broken things, I may be back from shopping in Tesco this evening, but my car is not. That'll be the clutch gone then.
The same clutch of which the garage said on Monday, 'clutch is a bit noisy, you ought to think about it at some point'. I would have thought that I would have had longer to think about it the very next trip out in the car, and five miles on the odometer.
So a brisk walk home with the essentials (that's loo roll and cat food, should you be interested), and tomorrow morning phoning round for clutch prices then back up to Tesco to call the RAC to get me to the appropriate garage.
Oh well, forecast is for rain, so I'd only be getting wet at the Hill.
