I had a 'tea crisis' earlier when I realised I'd not sorted out this weeks meals (meal planning - such as it is - happens on a Sunday night normally). Just as well that I have a some battered fish in the freezer & skinny oven chips.

Training run first, though. Tonight's session and one more on Wed before the race on Sunday!

Evening, its been a good day sunshine to start of then a bit of rain but when I was cooking my blackberry/apple jam so it doesn't count rest of the day has been back to sunny.

Been a funny old day to today, nothing really seemed to happen of any note but feel exhausted. The OH thinks its because I am thinking of the plot that I have not seen since the 14 August. Wondering how my brassicas are doing and if my daughter has kept up with the feeding. Still not long and I will be back with the plot.

Still nealy time for a pint or four so sure I will find a second wind.

Evening All. Just back from buying some yellow stickered stuff in little Morries. Good job there's room in the freezer
Its the NATO conference here this week and today's excitement has been watching a funny helicopter with flipped up wings with rotor blades on, flying over the house. Turns out it was this one Nato Summit 2014: US helicopters fly over central Cardiff ahead of international summit - Wales Online
That's another one to tick off in my Big Girls I-Spy Book of Helicopters

Yet another trip to Vet, with Molly cat, this is the third time she has stopped eating, another infection and now meds for the rest of her life, but also a complete change of personality, first ever she has decided, to sleep with us, I expect my toes to be jumped on in the night. Don't know how much longer we will have her,hope she doesn't snore or purr too loudly.
