Morning All and its a sunshiny day here again 9C in the shade, washing's on, birds are twittering, crocuses are opening their petals in the morning sun, I'm feeling all boingy boingy springlike - so I'm just going to bounce down the garden and do a bit of clearing up after yesterday's tree pruning session.

G'Moooooooooooornin' Peeps! It started off OK here this morning, but I had to wait in for a parcel. Dogs came running in about half an hour ago when the hail started, now the sun is out, but it's black-as-yer-'at to the south, and I have to go out and do Horsey chores. Dogs had a good blast yesterday, so I think I'll leave 'em here today for a change.

Can't stand this bloody heat it's been glorious this morning, planted up Orla spuds in containers (in the Gh) then went walkabout, everything is on the move, daffodils, crocus, snowdrops,wallflowers, even my moth eaten cabbage and cauliflowers are showing new growth. Don't you just love it? My wife had to drag me away to go shopping but now she's not ready!!!!!!!!!Might just creep back out again.

Aaaaaaarternoooooon - I'm baaaaaaaaaack! I took the Dogs; they wouldn't let me get near the door without them! So I called in and had coffee with Ma, like the dutiful daughter I am and they had a game with their best mate.

I've spent the morning learning and pruning apple trees...quite relieved to be told it's almost impossible to kill and apple tree thru pruning
Spent afternoon pricking out seedlings as the weather decided to play silly b'ggers..

and it's morning here as well . Crikey, it's bitterly cold out there though. Blowin through snow is whatmy grandmother would have said. Well actually it would have been blawin through sna but you lot wouldn't have understood a foreign lingo would you ?

Lovely morning here, so going to plant my new 'mini apple tree', out on the plot, + a couple of cheapo gooseberry bushes! these have now got some green shoots growing so we'll see.

Its trying to be sunshiny again here. Another day in the garden methinks. Have some mangetout peas that have shown their little heads above the soil and are waving their leaves at me, but, sadly, are in the wrong place Going to move them to pastures new - that'll teach 'em.
