Finally fitted the new hob in the kitchen today as it was too wet to go to the allotment - also finished varnishing the ceiling and put the splashback behind the sink.

Only a new hatch surround and floor covering to be put down and the kitchen is finished

Thanks for cheering me on earlier - I got at pb (although to be fair, it's my first race at this distance so couldn't be anything other...), although I came in slightly outside my (admittedly ambitious) target time.

It was a lovely day for it, though - here's me at the other end - note that my face matches the new running tshirt!

Got permission to put up my polytunnel. Yippee . Took out holes for and buried the first three of nine anchor plates. Crikey, it's hard work.

Moved my overwintered onions and garlic out of the greenhouse at home and took them down to the plot. Intended to put them in the greenhouse down there overnight but its been mild all day and forecast the same for overnight so I left them out. Gulp.

Had a car run up the back of mine yesterday. No damage to mine, hit my tow ball. Keep getting pain in my neck but not all the time. Did get a bit of a jerk when it happened.. Never had whiplash. Maybe I have now.

Sounds like you might have whiplash AP so it could be an idea to bet checked out at the Docs

Looks like its going to be a nice day, had raging tooth ache all night looks like I'll be having it out if they can fit me in, I really do hate injections into my gum.

Oh no, AP with whiplash and Bill with toothache - not good. I am getting sympathetic pains now - having suffered with both recently!

What an utterly wonderfully sunny start to the day

got me grubby clothes on so I'll be in and out of the house and garden most of the day with any luck!
