Evening all! Hasn't it been a lovely day? Hope no-one was daft enough to get sunburnt! Oh - sorry, Gary - wondered where that red glow was coming from!

Bit warm for running, but I still did pretty well over the 8.5miles - 3 mins slower than target, but 6mins quicker than last year, so I'm happy. Have had a nap this afternoon on the back of that lot, and an debating whether to get some knitting out for an hour in front of the telly, or to update my shamefully neglected blog.

Well done hazel,well done,especially in yesterdays clamy heat,
Just come back from the DR,ugugugug,i have definaely torn a ligament,it's aparently only got aprx 2cm holding on,it's being aranged for me to see a shoulder surgeon,ASP,to see what to do for the best,maybe a little so called op,mean time,it's carry on taking the pills,squeek,pull faces ,carry on weeding 1 handed,will have to come off the high horse and ask for help with some things ,it's to easy and bloomin boaring to give up,

Aaaaaaaaaarternoooooooooon Peeps! We have dull and dingy here today. Last Art club this morning, until the end of summer.

Sorry I haven't been in much recently, but our Broadband keeps disappearing. Peak times it is useless. It went off again yesterday evening, and when it came back on for ten minutes or so, I managed to ping a stinking message over to my (lack of) service provider.

Back from a friends house with a car load of plants which includes a lovely grass of some kind. She didn't know the name (any guesses..?) but hoping it takes to my garden. Love friends like her! Well chuffed.
