Evening we've spent the day at woodland festival and Elvaston Castle it was a good day out and only 20mile from us

Evening all. Been lottie this afternoon, dug the last of the potatoes and cleared loads of weeds. Also salvaged some dried bean pods from lottie neighbour for seed for next year.

Did anyone miss me?....I was in the UK for the week visiting family...and from the look of the car and trailer...buying out the contents of most of the shops I went into!

All unpacked .... so I'm a very happy bunny!

Couldn't believe it was 25C at 3pm yesterday when we landed in Caen yesterday....the first job we needed to do when we got home was water the tubs!
...second 'job' was to wander round the veg plots admiring what Nature had been up to whilst we were away! ...fresh beans,peas and raspberries being picked being munched en route!
I can hardly believe it's nearly October!

Morning All. Thought it was quiet Nicos A bit gloomy on the weather front here. I had a jolly time yesterday with youngest GG dismantling tomatoes and pulling out squash plants. Youngest son helped too. Ache like crazy this morning, but it was worth it. Have a good day

Good Morning, weather is wonderful here. Bit of a mare getting into work what with the Conservative party conference clogging up the roads but got here eventually. I need to go to the plot tonight and start making preparations for winter. Have a good day x
