I got my Q&B trade catalogue in the post on the 13 jan 14
our post arrives between 12 and 2 .

Got home about 7 and had a quick look at the catalogue
Only to find free bacon roll voucher

Only catch expiry date 13 jan 14

I would have to take a day off work wait behind the door for the postman and then
Make a quick dash to Q&B to take advantage of any other free offers vouchers .

Or take the vouchers next day buy some stuff and then be told the voucher has expired.

I have a loyalty card thingy for the posh (very expensive) garden centre where the DD works. They send you out a monthly leaflet which always includes coupons for discounts or free things. December's free thing was a pretty candle lantern.

I really quite fancied this wee lantern and made the BH drive me over to collect one, clutching my voucher. I couldn't find them anywhere so nobbled a young assisstant. She pointed out the bit where it says 'While stocks last' and told me they were now out of stock.

I said I'd only just received my coupon that morning. Yes, she said, Everyone got their coupon today. We're out of stock now because we only had 6 to start with!

I decided to make a fuss with the manager and they gave me a gift card for £3.99 which was the price of the lanterns before they were free gifts.
