I've "volunteered" to edit the association newsletter, there's been a break for the last 14 yeears so I've nothing really to follow so any tips would be appreciated. Also anything I could include?

Our site website is quite good and is in the form of a newsletter, so it might give you some ideas, Digger - there's a general section on 'what to do this month' which I guess is lifted fairly wholesales from elsewhere, and 'news and notices' for the Hill, and some commitee contact info. Let's see if I can post a link.....

From what you say the association is resurgent?
If so then a cunningly worded invitation to participate in the process and influence it would not go amiss.
Helpful sources of "stuff" are also an incentive.Always thank people who have helped you immediately, as they may not be around to thank later.
