  • What happened to "My Dream Farm"?

I found myself sorting out an old box of magazines today and in a 2010 Gardeners World mag. saw a write up about Monty Don and his programme giving 6 couples the chance to get into smallholding. I remember at the time that I was suprised not to see a follow up series as most things seem to get followed up. My trip down magazine memory lane got me wondering what ever happened to the winners. I remember that they "won" the farm for 1 year but did they make a go of it? After their time did they move onto their own smallholding?
If anyone in GYO world has any answers please let me know.
    Thanks.
    David.
