I was in Asd@ on Thursday, in the household area - a 20+ish lad came up to me and asked me what a "bakestone" was and whether he'd find one there. His wife had sent him a shopping list to buy the ingredients to make Welsh cakes for their son who was allergic to all sorts of things that are found in shop bought Welsh cakes but would feel left out if he didn't have some to take to school.
We concluded that his best option was a heavy frying pan and the phone number of a local bakery that specialises in gluten free cakes.
Hope he managed to buy some for the lad.
