See pics of my original E27 fitting 65 watt CFL cool white grow lamp. It outputs 4300 lumens.
However, today I happened to find a 'redundant LED lamp just laying around in work'.
So, I removed the E27 fitting, and installed a new E40 fitting.
Now, I have a cool white led lamp, that only draws 60 watt instead of 65. But the lumens output is a staggering 6500

over 2000 Lumens greater than the CFL
I was going to pack the growlamp away this week, but I might hang on a bit longer, for experimental purposes.....
THe LED light is so bright, I can only look at it for 2 or 3 seconds, then I see stars!
