MoM voting

Following on from recent events it has become clear that many members are not aware of the voting process.

Basically any member (new or old) can vote for any other member (new or old),simply PM myself or any other Mod' with the name of the person & the reason (briefly) you feel they should receive the accolade,we then make a list & pass names on to Admin.

I will also add that there are no actual MoM duties,the banner is applied by Admin who will also in due course send a gift pack,these are random & being a nosy lot a picture of the contents when it arrives,is always a welcome post (double entendre intended) other than that just carry on as normal


I will leave this open for questions,but not for voting that is strictly PM only.

I enjoyed being a mom, I found it gave me a certain glow, unfortunately it also gave me an incredible urge to eat cream eggs. Thankfully it only lasts a month, any longer and I'd have been huge!!!

I was vaguely aware of the MoM taking place, and was completely dumb founded when I was awarded it because I couldn't think of any reason for me being nominated, let alone winning it.

Now I know the process I will have to think very carefully and recommend someone.

Second time this has been suggested & is currently under discussion.To get things into perspective,this month is an exceptional circumstance,the previous 98 nominations were all accepted.

And it will be replaced with mod of the month no one will know the difference as it will still be called MoM once the selected MoM is chosen they will receive wine made from participating grapes on the vine.


Not sure if that's true I'm sure VC will clear this up for us.......

Not really caused that much of a problem really BM & would have been sorted more expediently had we (the Mod's) been made aware of the particular members feelings sooner,we are discussing a contingency plan so should it ever happen again we can bring forward the next member on the list.
