Absolutely agree.

In my case my interaction with nature is on a (very) small scale right now but I sit in my polytunnel in amongst the plants I have just put in pots or the seeds I have just sown in trays and the stress seems to take a back seat for a while.

I'd be like a laid back bunny on pot if I had a 'proper' garden to garden in.

*Disclaimer: Not having ever taken illegal drugs I'm basing my thoughts on what I imagine a laid back bunny on pot would feel like.*
