    Hi Gang,

Firstly, thanks for all the messages of support for Mr D, and the concern that he's been shown! I know he will take it easy, he deffo doesnt want a relapse!

He trotted off like a happy puppy at 530am this morning, after dragging me out of bed to make his butties!

I have a feeling he's happy to be returning to work partially because he has run out of sick pay, (so will only be getting SSP, which wont allow us to cover all the regular bills and have enough to live on), but it also may be the fact that he's been getting bored with being at home all the time!

I know when I broke my leg 3 yers ago and was off for 3 months I was going stir crazy being stuck at home and immobile!
    Blessings

The river Trent is lovely, I know because I have walked on it for 18 years.

He's home, safe n sound after an easy day, tho he did almost put his foot in it, he doesnt normally work on the shop floor and a lady came up to him when he was picking one of the orders for delivery and asked him 'Where's your fresh garlic?', Lee almost replied, 'On the plot, why, where's yours?' Then he realised what she meant and as he'd already blurted out the 'On the' bit, it became, 'On the .... shelf over there!! lol!

          Wasnt you was it LJ???

I've never seen proper "fresh" garlic in a supermarket. Although i suppose she meant fresh as opposed to some of the stuff found in jars, packets and the freezers. LOL

Good to hear you are back on your feet and at it again Dobby .
Take it easy and take your time and settle back into your job again.
There comes a point in your life when you realize who matters, who never did, who won't anymore and who always will. Don't worry about people from your past, there's a reason why they didn't make it in your future.

That's a new one on me Dobby - two 5 o'clocks in one day? That must be when the slugs get my crops then cos I've never seen them! Glad to see you're feeling much better anyway, and sounds like you have the ideal weekend planned - just share a little of the wine with Mrs D/
Life may not be the party we hoped for but since we're here we might as well dance
